\n These conditions regulate the purchase and use of the digital photographs offered on this website by Jeirsson Hernando Salazar Moncada.<\/strong>
\n By purchasing any photograph, the buyer fully accepts these terms.\n <\/p>\n

1. Subject of the contract<\/h2>\n

\n These terms and conditions govern the purchase and use of digital photographs offered on this website by Jeirsson Hernando Salazar Moncada<\/strong>, hereinafter \u201cthe Author\u201d, with NIF 02359594R<\/strong>, address in Clara Campoamor Street, 5, Castilleja de Guzm\u00e1n, Seville, Spain<\/strong>, and contact email contacto@jeisonsalazar.com<\/strong>.\n <\/p>\n

\n By purchasing any photograph, the buyer, hereinafter "the Client", fully accepts these terms.\n <\/p>\n

2. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n

\n All photographs are protected by the Intellectual Property Law \u2014Royal Legislative Decree 1\/1996\u2014 and are the exclusive property of the Author.\n <\/p>\n

\n Buying an image does not transfer ownership<\/strong>, but grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license<\/strong> depending on the type of contract.\n <\/p>\n

3. Types of licenses<\/h2>\n

3.1 Personal non-commercial use license<\/h2>\n

\n It allows<\/strong> Private use of the photograph: home printing, wallpaper, personal decoration, posting on blogs or social networks for non-commercial purposes.\n <\/p>\n

\n Forbidden:<\/strong> any use for commercial purposes, resale, printing for profit, inclusion in monetized publications, advertising campaigns, logos or products for sale.\n <\/p>\n

3.2 Standard Commercial License<\/h2>\n

\n It allows<\/strong> Use in print or digital advertising, company social media, presentations, commercial websites, books, magazines or commercial packaging, up to 500,000 copies or views.\n <\/p>\n

\n It also allows merchandising, that is, the use of the image as a central part of physical or digital products for resale, provided that the license acquired contemplates such use.\n <\/p>\n

3.3 Publishing License<\/h2>\n

\n It allows<\/strong> the use of photography in informative, educational or journalistic contexts.
\n Some examples include newspaper articles, informative blogs, documentaries, history books, non-commercial magazines, and traditional or digital media.\n <\/p>\n

\n This license does not require the consent of any recognizable persons or brands in the image, as it does not involve advertising use or promote a product or service.\n <\/p>\n

\n Forbidden:<\/strong> advertising or promotional use, including banners, commercial social media, or paid ads.\n <\/p>\n
